Stones over 52" yoke
200x1 200x1 220x1 240x0x2- just short on both attempts Little warmup, the 240 over 52" would have been a PR. I was ok with the stones, this height is throat level for me, I'm only 5'3(63") Yoke (been a couple weeks since i've hit these, so the weights felt heavy) 200x100 290x100 380x100 470x50 no drops 470x75 (2 drops) 520x couple steps- just feeling out the weight Conans Wheel using Yoke 200x100x2 just feeling this out, back and legs already tired from yoke walk, just feeling out the conans wheel |
Looks intense. What type of warmups, or what warmup approach do you generally do for stones?
