Tough workout tonight. Diet sucked today, had no explosion.
Log Clean and Press 130x1 150x1 180x1 205x0 Missed 5 attempts before finally getting one clean. At least the clean was a PR 190x3 cleans no presses Inclined Log Press 130x10 180x1, dropped to 150x6 150x8 160x4 Ended up with Elbows out inclined tri ext 50x10 55x10 shoulder acting up dropped to 45x10 |
