Day 1: (Almost didn't want to post this...)
Squats: 135x10 165x10 185x10 Volume is new to me, so I'm going lighter on a few things. Front Squats: 135x10 145x10 135x10 Need to work on my form with these...wrists are killing me. Military Press: 75x3x10 No direct shoulder work = pussy MP. Rear Delt Flies: 17.5x10 20x10 25x10 Less weight on these targets the Rear Delts more than the Traps; tip I picked up. I am SO not used to the volume...sucky day...

Strong workout I can't do front squats never got the hang of them and it frustrates me.
