Lighter weights today, full and controlled ROM and good form on all reps. No set to failure. Seated DB Presses 8x8x65lbs Upright row 8x100lbs, 8x120lbs, 8x140, 8x160 Standing DB Presses 4x8x50lbs Lat raises 4x10x25lbs superseted with reverse DB flies 4x10x25lbs Push press 4x8x90lbs first time i performed this, felt good, proper form and can start putting on weight next week Finished with 15 min abwork

Squat day today, goal was 10 sets in different reprange and weight but could only perform 6 sets with proper form, great deal of pain in my lower back and traps was sore too so had to put the bar down. Did some GM's too, bent legs felt good first time i perform them.
w/o looked like this; a2g squats 135x12, 225x8, 225x8, 225x8, 225x8, 255x5 (backpain kicked in) GM's 10xbar, 10x90,10x135,8x135 Leg extensions 4x10x225lbs Leg press 2x10x600lbs Seated calve presses 5x30x135lbs Short w/o today, will probably do some armwork n OH Push saturday or rest til monday well se. Looks good. Always a good idea to shut squats down when something doesn't feel perfect. I did that last night because of hamstrings.

Could'nt keep away from the gym today even i was supposed to be taking the weekend off. Did some shoulder and biceps work
Arnold presses 2x12x35lbs warmup workset was 4x8x55lbs Standing OH Push Press 12x90lbs, 10x110lbs, 10x110lbs, 10x110lbs finished off with 70lbs, as many reps i could with good form, rest 10-15s, hit it again to failure with 3 restpauses.x2 Upright rows 12x100, 10x120, 8x140, 6x160, 4x180 BB curls dropset 130lbsx6->70lbsx8 3 sets Preacher curls 8x90lbs, 8x90lbs, 8x90lbs, 12x70lbs, 12x70lbs Some cable and DB work as a finisher Feeling better and better in my shoulder, thats real good and strength is slowly returning and starts to eveb out more and more, looking to forward to next weeks BP to se if i can add some weight, hopefully.
