From HyperGenetic Labs Suggested Use: 1 scoop (10g) 15 minutes before training.First off i would like to thank everyone from HyperGenetic Labs for the opportunity to log Chain Reaction. I have ran just about every preworkout that has came out, so i know my PWOs you could say ![]() ROUTINE My rotation is mon-sat with sunday off. I take of an extra day during the week whenever my body feels drained. My workout just goes in this kind of rotation....one bodypart a day. "I go heavy and hard"...Branch Warren. I am really lean bulking so for my workouts i will be moving the most weight for the most reps as possible. you will see when i post up my workout tonight. CHEST BACK SHOULDERS ARMS LEGS: legs are every friday no matter what, because I do them with my trainer. Abs every other day My Diet will be real lean with just enough carbs to keep me going. oh wow! def can feel the beta alanine right after you drink it...love that!
i took two scoops and let me tell you it is like taking 3-4 scoops of many other preworkouts, no joke. great pumps and vascularity was wild Did shoulders here is the workout: DB pres: 60x10 60x10 70x10 80x10...full range of motion Rear Delts: 30x20 30x20 40x20 BNP: 135x12 135x12 185x6 185x6 (these are on the smith) Shrugs: 135x12 225x12 315x12 405x12 495x8 Side laterals: 20x20 25x20 30x20 Front raises: 20x20 30x20 35x20

had arms last night, pump was redic...def had the blood flowin
love the beta alanine feel. Had two scoops again last night. Focus and energy are off the charts. Feels like i can workout for hrs Here was my arm day: Close grip bench: 135x12 135x12 225x8 225x8 245x5 BB curl: 45x12 95x12 135x6 135x6 65x15 Declince skull crushers: 75x10 75x10 95x10 115x8 DB Curl: 30x10 40x10 50x10 60x8 one arem DB ext: 30x10 40x10 50x6 50x6 Cable Rope ext: dont remember the weight but did 4 sets of 12 one arm preacher: 25x10 30x10 30x10 35x10

had Legs today and wow, had energy throughout the whole long ace workout...and my leg workouts are intense to say the least! starting to feeling that "full" feeling all day, like da gunz are pumped all day here is my leg workout, go ahead and give it a try...i dear ya ![]() ATG Squats: 135x15 135x15 225x12 315x10 315x10 365x8 225x20 Deads: 135x10 225x10 315x10 405x10 495x3 Walking Lunges: 135 for three times Leg press: 6plates/sidex20 for three sets Calve Raise 30 reps for 3 sets Superset leg ext. and leg curls: dont remember the weights but i did 12 each set for each lift...did it three sets legs are going to kill tomorrow...prob wont be able to go numero 2
