Coop's doing the reg park!!!!!!!!!!
I will be editing this post once i start which is about 2 weeks from now. This is the basic setup of reg park's beginner 5x5 but its edited a good bit. I can't wait to start this. I just ordered 225$ worth of **** from under armour to get ready for this.
Workout A Back Squats 5x5 Dumbell Rows 3x8-10(probably 1 arm dumbbell rows) Bench Press 5x5 BB-Curls 3x8-10 (may use dumbbells as well) Calves 2x15-20(leg press) Skull crushers 3x6-10 Workout B Back Squats 5x5 Deadlifts 3x5(2 warm-up sets and 1 “stabilizer set”) Standing Press 5x5 CGBP 3x8-10 Chins 5xf Heavy abs Week 1: A,B,A Week 2: B,A,B Week 3: A,B,A Week 4: B,A,B I will be hitting this mon, wed,fri .
