Hey guys/gals!!!! I'm back at it after a severe r/c surgery in Nov. Tore the whole tendon off the bone along with a partial tear of the upper bicep tendon.
Its healing up great and I'm back at it slowly 3/27/10 am cardio 60 min walk/jog All afternoon yard work 2-3 hours worth. 3/28/10 am cardio 70 min leisure walk Back Rack Deads pins set at mid shin 265x12,12,12 Bar rows 2 sets OH 2 sets RG 200x12,12 switch 210x10,10 Pulldowns super set with db rows 130x12.................65lbx9 cg seated row 100x30. some abs tossed in. wt'ed crunches wt'ed planks Kre-Generator post 2 scoops 1.5 later 7 oz venison burger 2 cups string beans |
Glad to see you have a log here, and welcome to the forum.
What are your stats? what are your main goals? I think we would all love to see your training methodology, you are a monster. Can not wait to see this log! |

Bi's Tris 30 min post cardio. 10 min bike for warm up/ rotator movements Hammer curls 40x7,45x7,7 straight bar curls 65x12,12,12 alt d-b curls 25x20..great pump Tris Push downs 110x8,8 120x8.... cg bench 100x12,12,12 r-g pushdowns 60x15,15 1 arm oh dumbbell ext 30x20..Another great pump!! 30 min post cardio!!!! FEELING GOOD!!! |
