Well, I have some great workouts since my last post, just too busy to get things posted.
9/27/10 Legs abs Bike 10 min warm up, machine leg press 150x20-100x12 ext good to go Leg Press 580x12,650x10,700x10,780x8 leg ext 150x12,160x11,170x10 seated leg curls 160x12,170x11,180x10,190x10 Hypers toes up, 45lb platex12,12..right into 1 set of uni laterals 70x15 calves seated didn't keep track of weight used abs, same thing didn't keep track, I will next time. No Cardio. Aiming for 50 min worth in morning asap before work, which means up at 4 am, pack lunch box, get cardio clothes on, pack work clothes, but its worth it, I'm on a mission!! 5 am to 550 am for cardio, 10 minutes to get ready!! Current AAEFX Stack: KA Pro, Cell Rush, LG-5 Pro, Nytric Pro, HBM, Kre-Generator and New product Test Charge |

I did get up a few of those mornings and did some pretty descent cardio. With the hours I keep, it could kick my butt. I'm aiming for MTF this week.
I'll get some kcals posted this week, fingers crossed! |

[man this sucks] DB Incline 65x15,15,15-75x8 pec dec 185x14,195x14 drop to 150x8, held stretch for a 4 count on each rep Tris Push downs straight bar 120x8,130x8,140x7,7 RG Push downs 110x12,12,11. DB Kickbacks 30x15,25x17 Matrix Elliptical 30 min. Not done, it was so nice out, I took the dog for a walk after supper 60 minutes!! Yes, I have been working out, just really really busy. Its weird, I dont recall being this busy or even this over whelmed when I was younger, what's up with that!!!! LOL
12/01/10 15 minutes pre work out K-Otic/Test Charge Back/ light bi's Rack deads right below knee cap 405x12,455x10, 475x10..Pleanty left in the tank[no pun intended] Bar rows 315x10,325x8,335x8, 365x6..nice Close Grip Pulldowns 180x12,190x12,190x12 Seated Close Grip 120x25, insane pump!!!
