Alright....I"M BACK!!!!!!
I have computer issues and just working some long ass hours to get the school ready for fall!!! My shoulder is 80% and feeling GREAT!! 9/7/10 Chest and delts Flat bench 225x10,235x10,245x10 DB Inclines 60x10,65x10,70x10 Pec Dec 170x12,160x15,150x18..Great pump!! OH DB Press 50x12,12,60x12 Left Side only Side Laterals 25x8,8,8 20x10 Front Raise Left only 15x12,12,12 I'm ready to go heavier next week, Like I said, It feel great! 25 min post cardio |

But when he said to try his PRRS training system, which I think I was somewhat a guinea pig. I saw great results after the first 18 wks. I did 2- 9 weeks cycles of PRRS and was hooked ever since. Yes, I have competed in WI state shows. I do plan on getting on stage again. I'm aiming for the fall of 2011. I have some serious ab work to do!
