The DNR up in my neck of WI have no clue to how many bear we have. And the timber wolves are getting a lot of attention as well. My dad and I still raise beef, and we lost 2 beefers last year, yet the DNR says, Its not a problem!!

4/1/10--cardio
4/2/10 Bi's tri's straight bar curls 65x15,75x12,12 Hammer curls 45x12,12,40x15 alt db curls 25x20. I have to watch what I do with bi's do to the re-attched upper bi tendon, over all, its feeling dang good!! Tri's push downs 120x8,8-130x7 smith cg press 130x12,12,12..tempo, 3 down, 2 stretch, 2 up, 3 sec held contraction It didnt effect my shoulder, thumbs up!!! RG Push downs 70x12,12,80x10 Machine push downs 60x25...Great Pump!!! 20 min post cardio. slammed Kre-Generator then trained 1 st client 1.5 hour later go home to eat 6 oz chicken. 5 oz breast-1 oz leg meat 2.5 cups broc back to gym train 2 cleints Home again, 2 tbls FWSS LBA's Chocolate 1.5 cups fat free cottage cheese answer e-mails and bed time 4/3/10 70 min am cardio. Hike in woods, up and down hills. Crap am I beat from this. Feeling some sinus crap coming on, that's why!!! |

Good workout Tank. I take my biceps real easy as well. Never had an injury, but I've always felt one bad set away from messing a tendon up.
