Get it started brutha! Your training log doesn't JUST have to be about training! Diet and nutrition, your baseball stats and achievements, a number of things can be thrown in the journal!

Great point doc, a log of your baseball season would be awesome. Your training days/practice, how you do in games and your diet, and how you are maintaining strength. Do you lift at all during the season? I used to do some maintenance work, very easy on the body, but kept some strength.

+1 to what Doc said. I put my journal up a few days ago, and I don't start my next routine until Monday. It's good to lay down your ideas and let others critique or comment... and it's a good place to vent on a day to day basis lifting or not...
