Workout looks good. Nice deadlifts keep that form in check and the weight will shoot up.
I think your protien intake was a little low though especially with three scoops of whey. Might wanna try to up that a little bit |

Todays workout was good. I really wasn't that modivated. I was tired, didn't sleep good last night. My youngest daughter has allergies and can't sleep so therefore the mother and I don't sleep.
Time: 45 min. Grade: b+ Energy: b- Thursday: Workout C Heavy BB Shoulder Press: 115lbs. - 3 x 5 Modified High Pull: 25lbs. - 3 x 10 BB Curl: 85lbs. - 3 x 8 Stiff Leg Deadlift: 135lbs. - 3 x 8 Alt. Plate Chopper: 25lbs. - 2 x 20 (one set each side) Jump Rope: 2 min. Supps: 2 scoops creatine: 1 before - 1 after W/O 3 scoops protien: 1 before - 2 after W/O AA Phenom V1: 1 tab. morning and 1 tab in evening AA HT-8: 1 tab. morning and 1 tab in evening fish oil - 2 in the morning after W/O CLA - 2 @ Breakfast & 2 @ Dinner Muti-vitamin - 2 in the morning after W/O

Way to get it done on limited rest Jhuse. I didn't sleep the best myself last night either. Both of my girls are sick. What kind of protein powder do you use?

Right I am using Six Star Muscle: Pro Strength Whey Protein. A 2lbs tub I bought it at Wal-mart for $16. I also have MRM Creatine Monohydrate 325 I bought at HEB for $13.

Today I did something a little different. I decided to take on the Bear Complex. I wanted to make a video of my effort but the batteries wasn't charged. I will try again next week.
Standing Lat. Raises: 15lbs. 3 x 12 Bear Complex: 105lbs. x 5 sets ( I wanted to do the 7 set routine but I couldn't. I will lower my weight to 95lbs. and try again later.) Squats: 225lbs: 3 x 5 (worked on depth) Jumping Jacks: 2 min. No Change to the Supps.
