I'll probably try it upside down, next time I use it, so I can start the pull lower. Barbell Pendlay Row: 4 sets of 4 with 298 Wide-Grip Pulldown: 3 sets of 8 with 210 Thickbar Curl: 2 sets of 2 with 115 ![]() 04.02.12 Calisthenics Bottom-Up One-Arm Push-Up: a bunch of singles with right arm ^ This was a different type of OAPU. I also tried it with my left a few times, but that was a no-go. I did regular sets of doubles with my left hand, starting from the top, after each bottom-up single with my right. Long-Pause Pistol: a bunch of singles with each leg, pausing for a while at the bottom, hovering slightly above the floor ^ These were done after failing to do a new variation, the butt-to-floor rocking pistol. I came close once with my right leg. http://www.facebook.com/v/10150618304676012 ^ OAPU from the bottom, right hand 04.03.12 Back Squat: 1 set of 31 with 225 (3-rep PR) ^ I intended to do 30 reps, but I apparently did a miscount, and it was 31. That shit annihilated me, especially my quads and glutes, but also my whole body in general. - This was also a breathing squat set, meaning I paused with the bar on my back during certain parts of the set, took some breaths, then continued. During this particular one, it went like this: 12, 6, 3, 2, 1, 1, 1, 1, 1, 1, 1, 1. Leg Press: 2 sets of 5 with four plates per side ^ Much less weight than I wanted to use, but my lower body was fried after those torturous squats. - After the leg press, I decided to just work my calves and head home. Cybex Donkey Calf Raise: 1 set of 20 with 270

04.06.12 Pause Bench Press: 5,4,4 with 225 Strict Standing Press: 3,2,2 with 170 Dip: 6,4,2 with BW+135 Cable Crossover: 12,8 with 70s Two Dumbbells Standing Lateral Raise: 1 set of 14 with 30s 04.07.12 Rack Pull: 1 set of 1 with 765, then failed 785 ^ The bar started slightly above my knee. Probably a PR, but not sure. Romanian Deadlift: 8,7,6 with 325 One-Arm T-Bar Row: 2 sets of 8 with 135 Pull-Up: 8,7 with two 20lb chains around my neck Thickbar Curl: 3 sets of 1 with 120 ^ I failed what would've been the fourth single. - Form remained mostly strict throughout. ![]()
