Thanks. I'm probably going to stay in the 165 class until making weight becomes extremely difficult or not possible. It depends upon how much more muscle that I build in the following few months.

Kettlebell Hand-To-Hand Swing: 1 set with 88

Pistol (One-Leg Squat): 2-3 singles with each leg, holding a 53lb kettlebell with both hands

Kettlebell Get-Up: a few partials while holding both the 40kg and 8kg 'bells together in my right hand (almost 106lbs)

Kettlebell Upside-Down Clean & Press: four singles with each hand, using the 53 (PR weight w/ left)

One-Hand Push-Up: one static hold at the bottom, hovering slightly above the floor, with each hand

One-Hand Pinch: a few singles of lifts & holds with my right hand, using a pair of 25lb plates, until the skin broke at the base of my thumb

^ I couldn't do any with my left hand, along with the skin tearing early into the attempts, which was a little disappointing because I was able to do them with either hand, last time, if I recall correctly. During this session, I also tried two 35s, but couldn't break them from the floor. It was my first time trying with those plates.

Trap/Hex Bar Deadlift: 1 single each with ~620 and ~640

^ First time using this implement. I'll probably try it upside down, next time I use it, so I can start the pull lower.

Barbell Pendlay Row: 4 sets of 4 with 298

Wide-Grip Pulldown: 3 sets of 8 with 210

Thickbar Curl: 2 sets of 2 with 115

Bottom-Up One-Arm Push-Up: a bunch of singles with right arm

^ This was a different type of OAPU. I also tried it with my left a few times, but that was a no-go. I did regular sets of doubles with my left hand, starting from the top, after each bottom-up single with my right.

Long-Pause Pistol: a bunch of singles with each leg, pausing for a while at the bottom, hovering slightly above the floor

^ These were done after failing to do a new variation, the butt-to-floor rocking pistol. I came close once with my right leg.

Back Squat: 1 set of 31 with 225 (3-rep PR)

^ I intended to do 30 reps, but I apparently did a miscount, and it was 31. That shit annihilated me, especially my quads and glutes, but also my whole body in general.

- This was also a breathing squat set, meaning I paused with the bar on my back during certain parts of the set, took some breaths, then continued. During this particular one, it went like this: 12, 6, 3, 2, 1, 1, 1, 1, 1, 1, 1, 1.

Leg Press: 2 sets of 5 with four plates per side

^ Much less weight than I wanted to use, but my lower body was fried after those torturous squats.

- After the leg press, I decided to just work my calves and head home.

Cybex Donkey Calf Raise: 1 set of 20 with 270
