CrossFit WOD

It looks like I don't have the bar far enough back, behind my head, where it's supposed to be located during the OHS. I use a very wide grip, but might need to still grip wider. However, it wasn't bad because I haven't done the overhead squat since 2007.

Overhead Squat: 45x5, 65x5, 85x5, 95x5, 105x5, 115x5, 125x3, 125x3

- I failed the 4th rep of those two sets with 125.

CrossFit WOD

Dumbbell Clean and Jerk (pair of 45s) + Weighted Pull-Up (BW+45)

10 and 1
9 and 2
8 and 3
7 and 4
6 and 5
5 and 6
4 and 7
3 and 8
2 and 9
1 and 10

(clean every rep)

- The reps didn't need to be consecutive.

- My dismal time was around 82 or 83 minutes, but that's to be expected, considering my lack of conditioning.
