BTB: That's the same stance that I've been using in the gym and meets for a while. It's wide but not nearly as wide as the guys at Westside and others who use multiply PL equipment.

You need to work with the monolift once you get closer to your next meet, walking out is wasting energy and unsettling you. Squat was still solid anyhow but you can add some lbs just by using it straight up and down, feels way easier.

Solid Bench. I recommend benching twice a week to up your gains, since your not built like a bencher.

Good way to stick with the deadlift, one leg came up faster then the other, but you pulled it off well.That is prob why the 550 got stuck at your knees,happened to me at my last meet.No solution for that, that I know off.

Thanks for the good suggestions, Broseph. I should start to bench 2x per week again, but I don't think it's a true squat unless you walk it out!

- Next time I try this challenge, I want to do [7,7,7] for everything except the deadlift, which will be [11,10]. That should significantly improve my time.
