Steve: I have a wide stance when I squat, but not like the Westside guys who squat extremely wide. 05.28.10 Bench Press: 200x3,3,3 Pull-Up: BW+60x6,6,5 (overhand - 1st set, underhand - 2nd, neutral grip - 3rd) Dip: BW+100x7,6,3 - I failed the 4th rep of the 3rd set which was a little disappointing because I intended to do 7,6,5. Alternating, Supinating Dumbbell Curl: 45x6,5,3 (each hand)

Good workout DW. I started doing holds at the end of deadlift singles lately and I am really liking them. I know it's time to set the bar down when my glutes start quivering, though I will not be providing a video of this occurrence.

Thanks for the suggestion. 06.01.10 Close-Grip Bench Press: 185x3,3,3 One-Arm Dumbbell Row: 150x13,10,7 (each hand) - I got a 3-rep PR on the first set which was cool. Barbell Curl: 100x7,6,5 - short, straight bar Concept2 Rower: 1200 meters - 5 minutes and 33 seconds - My arms were too fatigued by this point, so my 1200 time sucked. I also wanted to go farther, but I was tireddd. 06.02.10 Back Squat: 360x3,3,3 Cybex Squat Press: sled+450x10,10,10 Seated Calf Raise: 135x20,20,20
