- These were dead-start reps performed in the power cage, with safety bars in the first hole.

* failed 3rd rep of 2nd set

Seated Calf Raise: 135x8,8,8

Bench Press: 190x3,3,3

Chin-Up: BW+45x7,7,7

Dip: BW+90x7,7,5

- The 5th rep of the 3rd set felt like it was the one before hitting failure, so I stopped there.

they look brutal, from the vids ive seen, but very beneficial looking

No, I didn't use a harness. I never tried it like that.

Yeah, it's great for the posterior chain, quads, abs, and mental toughness.

Trevor Lane: No, the front squat is performed by placing the bar on the clavicle. When doing the zercher squat, the bar is held in the crooks of the elbows with hands clasped together.

No, I personally don't have a problem with pain on/near my elbows when doing the zercher, but I know others have that issue.
