12.21.12 Deadlift: 1 set of 6 with 495 (1-rep PR) ^ First four reps were very easy. Stopped after I got six, but maybe could've done one more. Strict Standing Press: 2 fails with 195 ^ That was a 5lb PR attempt from the rack, which would've tied my PR after a clean. A little frustrating, but I wasn't fresh, so I wasn't too pissed off. Anyway, the 495x6 was the only thing I really wanted. This would've just been a little bonus. Leg Curl, Lying: 7,6,5 with 190 Face Pull, Seated w/ Fat Gripz: 8,7,6 with 70 Curl w/ Short Bar + Fat Gripz: 6,5 with 90 Reverse Curl w/ Short Bar + Fat Gripz: 2 sets of 8 with 50 Max Misch Preparing For Battle | Powerlifting Watch 12.22.12 Gripper: 5 sets of 5, each hand, with IMTUG4 using last two fingers ^ I tried to do some work with the full-size grippers before the TUG, but the first two fingers on my right hand weren't cooperating due to the front squats on Monday.

12.23.12 Sheiko CMS Week 1, Day 1 Squat: 5 sets of 2 with 375 Bench, Paused: 6 sets of 3 with 235 Squat: 5 sets of 4 with 325 (no belt) ^ The squats, especially this 2nd portion, were difficult because it was only two days after the session that I did the 495x6 deadlift set. Dumbbell Lateral Raise, Standing: 3 sets of 8 with 40s Pullup w/ Fat Gripz: 8,8,6 with BW ^ First time doing this with the FG.

12.26.12 Sheiko CMS Week 1, Day 2 Deadlift: 5 sets of 3 with 465 Bench Press, Paused: 2 sets of 2 with 235 ^ This was the top of a pyramid. 225 (and lighter weights) came before and after 235. Halting Deadlift: 5 sets of 4 with 410 Good Morning, Arched Back, Straight Legs: 5 sets of 5 with 235 Leg Raise, Straight Legs, Elbows On Pads (Not Hanging): BW, BW+10, BW+20, 1 set of 10 with each weight Prowler Push: 1 trip with empty, then +90, and +180 12.27.12 Sled Drag, Forward & Backward: 5 trips with 125 (sled+90)
