^ The 4th rep of the 3rd set was slightly hitched at the top, but it was good overall.

LifeFitness High Row: 2 sets of 8 with 236 (weight of both sides together)

^ both arms simultaneous, not unilateral

Unilateral Kneeling Leg Curl: 12,11 with 110

Wide-Grip Pulldown: 12,11 with 160

Standing Calf Raise: 1 set of 21-22 with 230

^ It was one of the two.

LifeFitness Ab Machine: 1 set of 8 with 160

Two 2.5" Thick Dumbbell Curl: 10,9 with 30s

^ both arms simultaneous

- It's difficult to get these t-grips on the dumbbells, but it's worth it.

^ I failed once before those 6 singles, which was probably due to not having enough rest between the bench and overhead.

Deadlift: 5,4,2 with 495

^ Slight hitching toward the end of the first two sets. Failed the 3rd rep of the 3rd set. Didn't have much left in the tank at that point.

- I was intending to get a one-rep PR of six with this weight, but I barely got the fifth, so decided to do a couple more sets after that. My previous best, this past January, was 5,3,2 with the same weight, wearing a singlet and using baby powder. For this session, I wore my regular workout shorts, not that other combination. That could've been at least a small reason why I didn't do a little better, or maybe not.

-- Probably doing singles with 525, next deadlift day, and doubles with that weight, one week later.

Neutral-Grip Pull-Up: 6,5 with BW+90

LifeFitness High Row: 2 sets of 7 with 270 (weight of both sides together)

Seated Calf Raise: 1 set of 20 with 195 (100lbs in plates + 95lb empty machine)

Windshield Wiper: 1 set of 10, per side, with BW



08.04.12

Bench Press: 12,11,10,8 with 185 (touch-and-go)

^ PR for every set after the first one.

Push Press: 6,6,5 with 170

^ This was done in the rack, and with the bar on my collar, not behind the neck.

Reverse Pec-Deck Fly: 2 sets of 10 with 120
