Klokov Press: 1 set of 1 with 135

^ First time doing this overhead variation. I worked up to a max (or near max) single. Very cool movement.

- The KP is a strict standing press, behind the neck, with a snatch grip.

Parallel-Bar Dip: 1 set of 5 with BW+135

^ I stopped there because it looked like it wasn't going to be a good day for my dips. I barely got 5 in the first set, and my PR is 6 before any other sets.

One-Arm Unsupported Flat Dumbbell Bench Press: 2 sets of 6, each arm, with 65

Two-Hands One-Dumbbell Standing Elbow Extension: 8,8,7 with 90

Two-Dumbbell Lateral Raise, Standing: 10,9,8 with 35s

Why would you being heavy restrict you from doing the KP? Plenty of massive dudes can do a snatch and use the snatch grip in general.

Deadlift: 15-20* singles with 495 in 30 minutes

* I was using my stopwatch and camera; the former for the time remaining, and the latter for keeping track of how many I did. I put the camera into another video mode so that it would have enough memory, but I didn't know that mode only recorded up to 3 minutes of video. I definitely know that I did a half an hour of singles, just not the number of lifts. That was frustrating, but I bought a higher capacity memory card which will hopefully arrive before my next deadlift session. I'll probably be doing 495 singles again, for the same amount of time.

- I also intended to do the Romanian deadlift after those singles, but my posterior chain was fatigued. Maybe next time.

Deadlift With Middle Fingers: 1 set of 1 with 235 (10lb PR)

Close-Grip Seated Cable Row: 12,11,10 with 200

Wide-Grip Pulldown: 8,7,6 with 180

Seated Calf Raise: 2 sets of 11 with 140 + machine

Dragon Flag: 1 set of 9 with BW
