Will add to log later have a call now. Now to finish this up. OK I'm back into the gym after a short break due to an extremely busy schedule. Right now I'm at 160 lbs and 16% BF. Not sure of my max lifts because of not having a spotter. I'm wanting to really hit this hard in preparation for the upcoming Firefighter Combat Challenge Season, and softball. I want to really get conditioned for athletics at this time maybe moving to power lifting later. My base work out is the Stronglifts 5x5 with a few variations, and yesterdays workout was one of my better ones I've had. Felt really good after wards and getting back into a decent diet as well. Ok will be my first update. Yesterday was a conditioning day went pretty good, did some "burpee's" with running in place between them. Was a killer on my legs after mondays squats. But felt good, was overall pleased with how my tuesday went.
Today I'm on duty at the station and did my "B" workout, it was an ok workout but had a hard time really getting into it today. Not sure if it was the fact I was worrying about getting a call in the middle or what. Squats today were good, did a 5x5 set going 155,165,165,165,170 and that last set was murder. But I got it done. I LOVE ME SOME SQUATS. My OHP was a bit rough as I had to deload due to poor form, and one set on Deadlift which I was pleased with then finished up with some pull ups and bridges for my abs. Really hope my go on Friday is better. |

Squats... they're like jumping into a cold pool, at first your anxious of the entire ordeal, but then you finally do it and you sink to the bottom and freeze- oh wait, nvm.
