Ok so today I did some squats just went up to 200x3 with two sets so Set PR
Also did two sets of front squats at 160x3 Set PR I've been working on my cut alot this week actually lost some weight so the 2 sets at 200 was really good and so was the 2 sets of front squats in a cut I'll take progression in weight reps or sets its all progression! ![]() My goal everytime in there is just to progress in at least one thing no matter how I'm feeling also still don't know how to set my profile pics now that I have some pics up any help? |

Haha yea I love the feeling. I'm currently cutting. Reason: BB.com kinda sucks and told me the whole just eat whatever is in sight thing. Sucks I'm an endomorph and put on so much fat I was 20%+ slowly working my way down.
Todays workout was Deadlifts 245x5 perfect form Pullups+10lbsx5 reps PR Wanted to do neutral grip cable rows for fun got 160x4PR then hyperextensions with 25lbs added 2 sets of 10 |
