thursday 3-18-10 Back
wg lat pulls 165x6,6,6 rg lat pulls 165x6,6,6 neutral grip bb rows 205x6,6,6 db row 80x6,6 weighted hypers 45x10,10,10 machine back ext 210x10,10,10 weighted rope crunch 100x20,20,20 planks 3 one minute rounds power reps went well for my upper back. strict form with no swaying or jerking of the body so i can get the full benefit of the movement. Still have to watch how i train my lower back due to a back injury from a trafic accident i was in back in september. Felt a little sluggish today/slow today. Need a good refeed which i get this weekend. |

Friday 3-19-10 Delts
hang cleans 145x6,6,6 oly bar press 70x6,6,6 neutral grip press 150x6,6(used machine not enough weight) front raise 35x6,6 side raise 30x6,6 getting happier with my shoulder recovery. workouts/strength getting stronger. Quote:

Monday 3-22-10 Upper back
pull ups(50) 10,10,10,10,10 lat pulldowns 165x8 150x10 135x12 rg pulldowns 165x8 150x10 135x12 BB rows 205x8 185x10 165x12 db rows 80x10,12 weighted rope crunch 100x20,20,20 Hockey is killing my wonday workouts. didnt do legs cause i know hockey last sunday pretty much destroyed my leg workout for monday. So i decided to swith my w/o up and do back on mondays. IMO it wasnt a good w/o. Felt really heavy and my back felt tired/weak. |

Sorry for being OT in your journal, but P/RR/S is a system I always felt curious about. Personally, I prefer full-body workouts. So, my question is, can P/RR/S be used with full-body routines? If so, do you know of any examples.
