Monday 3-15-10 quads
*this was a wasted attempt at a leg workout. I played hockey yesterday for 4 hours and when i woke up today mylegs were sore as hell. However i tried anyway it it pretty much sucked arse. My legs were shot from yesterday. So here it is anyway* Leg press 320x8 410x8 500x6,6 550x6,4,4 single leg press 185x6 210x6 230x6 280x6,6 Leg Ext 200x6,6,6 *got pissed off and just left* Gonna have to pick anouther day to do legs form now on as i play hockey(deck) every sunday afternoon for about 4 hours |

couldnt make it to the gym the for my tuesday workout so i was going to try and get there today. yeah that didnt work out to my advantage either. Oh well will be training back tomorrow maybe throw in some bicep work with it. Diet is on point and going well and no cravings what so ever. thank god! gonna hit the scale this weekend see where i way and have wifey do a bf% on me with her calipers
