Nighttrain's new training log!!!
ok so im starting a new log, since im dne with the slin sane...
CUT TIME!!!!! 8 MAR 10 BACK, and HAMMYs DEADLIFT>>> 125x15/ 225x8/ 315x8/ 365x8/ 405x2/ 455x failed/ 425 failed/ 315x6--- got kinda carried away as i havent done deads in many months, i wanted to see if i still had the strength... Laying leg curls>>> 140x10/140x10/140x8/125x10/125x10 BW pullups>>> 15/12/11/10/10 with pause at bottom.. Bent over DB rows>>> 90x10/85x12/85x10/80x12/80x12 Diet shake and oats and creatine lean beef and green beans missed meal PWO shake tuna and green beans shake and oats for bed |

on a side note, i got my MRI of my lower back read this morning, it seems that i have a protruding disk and a bulging disk and both have arthritis on them so, i will have to go to physical theraphy.... so I will have to see what they will limit my lifting to.... but i wont listen anyway, lol, i will address my lifting with them when i get my appointment in the next few weeks... until then i will do cutt program

as of this morning i was 191.... i will do a BF check in the morning tomorrow...

yeah it happened back in 2002, i was in Korea and got tackled from behind and got bent in half, not a good thing.... had an MRI in '04 and then it was proturding and had an acute tear in it... they say the tear is gone but now i have another disk buldging and arthritis has set in... but i aint stopping lifting... screw that!!!
