LEGS Leg press-- 180x10/ 200x20/20/20/20/20 WALL Squats-- 20/20/20 legs where hard to do as there is no squat rack or BarBell and the universal machine only goes up to 200lbs... oh well something is better than nothing

Chest; Shoulders Incline bench press-- 110x10/ 140x10/ 160x8/ 180x5 Flat bench -- 150x10/170x10/ 190x6/ 180x8 Decline Bench-- 180x16/6/6 Hammer curl/ overhead DB press-- 40x8/8/8/7-- these things are a MFer!!!! standing DB lateral raises-- 25x8/8/8/8 pretty decent work out considering, i was actually almost happy with it

Ok so last night was my first day back in the gym after my lil stomache virus thing....
easy night i only did Back and then it was only 2 excercises, boy do i have to find me a gym..... 30 Oct 10 Pull ups-- 10/10/10/10/10 B.O. low cable rows (standing)-- 120x8x5 sets
