I know I'm not speaking to a rookie NT, but man be careful with that many reps on the DL's and those 315's after your 2 fails. This workout looked similar to mine the day I hurt my back (except mine was a bit lighter). And hell, you are already fragile.
But it's impressive nonetheless! You put the work in!

Handle this cut NT!! Work out looks good, holding off on the cardio right now looks like a good idea, let that calorie cut soak in first!

dont worry i wont do anything to hurt me.... rule number 1 DONT HURT JOHN but on the same note i will train hard and always push myself JSLEP---- i checked BF this morning and im a flabby ass 12.8%, i will get some pictures up later this week and some overall measurements for reference purposes...
