Thanks to all,
BendthBar, in regards to your question, Squats have been killing me for years, I dont have the flexibility to hold the bar well with my left arm. Most times I just work throught the pain. As far as pushing movements, I did Hammer Strength Shoulder presses on Last Friday and with a warmup I really didnt have any pain. HOWEVER, Yesterday doing Chest presses, the pain was incredible....But Ill get through it. And I need everyones help on this one, My wife wants me to order the following supplements. 1. ripped abs 2. bellybegone (large bottle) 3. bodyfatreducer (also, large bottle) Where can I order these?(the wife apparently seen these on a T.V. commercial) |

have you ever looked into keto diet. IMO its the best apporach at loosing fat and maintianing muscle and i plan to do it when try to lose fat for summer
ChAoS & PAIN: *The Art of Ketogenic Dieting, Part 1 ChAoS & PAIN: *The Art of Ketogenic Dieting, Part 2 even running keto for 2 weeks would be a great way to kick start your fat loss journey. also in regards to problems back squatting.... ever considered front squats? imo they are better for quad development (i have seen more results with them)

I might recommend Anabolic Addictions Phenom V1 and HT-8. They give good, clean energy and are a nice fat loss stack. Oddly enough, my left shoulder is the one that takes a beating with squats as well. I just bought Dave Draper's Top Squat so I could squat and save my shoulders. Don't feel discouraged! One step at a time brother!
