Does TSFL stand for Take Shape For Life? I had to Google it.

You don't happen to have a link for a writeup?

5-10 Maybe. It's not weight loss, its fat loss. Im mainly doing this cycle to support my wife. I cut from 250 to 230 over a months period of time back in January. I am satisfied with the results and fat loss. Right now, I am at 234, and I am looking mainly to minimize bodyfat in the waistline(belly) as opposed to losing mass. This is the perfect program for that.

I'll have to check it out. I carry most of my fat in the gut and chest. Everything else is relatively lean. I need to hit 220 and maintain.

I should have mentioned that I need to run the Warrior Diet for a couple of months first. I lose a couple pounds of mass a month on that diet, but muscle memory usually brings it back quickly once I eat more normally.

The warrior diet is ok, as I have tried it also. TSFL has given me the best fat loss with minimal strength loss, and it is easily maintained after you lose it. I would like to get down to 220 eventually, but I dont want to lose it all at once. I like to let my BMR help me lose it by carrying more muscle.

Was just checking out your TSFL site, and then your Efficient Exercise site.

Where did you study kinesiology?

I taught a college level course once on weight training applications for specific sports, and it had some kinesiology mixed in. I almost changed my major back in the day.
