My goal weights for the end of the year are Squat: 445 Bench 330 Deadlift 525 I have about a month or so, and it would be awesome if I could get this!! Thanks for the support guys.

Awesome workout today, did a workout with the bench crew and it looks like I have to set a new bench goal for christmas, I hit 335 on the bench press which is a 15 pound PR, even from before I injured my shoulder so it was an awesome day!!
ME Bench Press 135x5, 195x5, 225x4, 295x2, 315x1, 325x1, 335x1 PR 345xmiss this was very close!! 245x14 burnout Band Tricep extension green average band 3x20 My buddy called me about 4 hours later and asked if I would go to the gym with him, and we did not do much this morning sent I went for round 2 T-bar rows 100x10, 150x8,5, 100x12 Lat pulldown 140x12, 12, 10 Hammer curls 50s x 12, 10, 8, 8 Rope tricep extension 150x10, 10 200x6 140 x 12 I am pretty tired now, 2 workouts has gotten to me a little bit, but I was really jacked up from my PR so I am going to keep it up.

So far, so good!!!
I have done sheiko for 2 weeks, and it has done great things for my lifts!! I have put 15 pounds on my bench press and my deadlift, and I am not sure about my squat because I went too heavy when I tried to max it but the weights felt light on that also. I am going to continue sheiko for another 2 weeks and then I will be home on break, so I will be doing westside at least for bench for my entire break with the bench crew, but I love working out there, so it will also be good for bench. I would definitely suggest sheiko to anyone that likes long, hard workouts and does not mind their body being exhausted most days of the week!!
