Bench press 175.0 х1х5 210.0 х1х4 240.0 х2х3 245x2x3 275x1x4 Db Flies or presses х5х10 Squat 215.0 х1х5 255.0 х1х5 300.0 х4х4 Abs х3х10 Today the bench press got pretty crazy I was only supposed to go up to 240 but me and my buddy thought is was a good day to go crazy. 275 for 4 is a PR I think I have not tried that in a long time. The squats were rough today, but that could have been due to all of the alcohol I consumed last night. Overall good workout, tomorrow I will be heading home for thanksgiving

My deadlifts are so strong compared to my squat and then compared to my good morning, I just think bending in the opposite direction is a stretch sometimes lol. I would suggest even after all that heavy Gm work you will incorporate in soon, to still do a few sets of lighter GM's for the blood flow anyway. Congrats on that bench pr!

I would but he would kick my tail. I don'tr do heavy GMs....I do them with 225 more for rep/assistance work.

I have had a busy couple of days, getting home for thanksgiving and getting some other stuff done, so I have not had time to log until now, but have gotten in a couple of good workouts.

Yesterday I got in a good workout with the bench crew and my welcome home present was using the blue bands which I have never used before with around 220 pounds of tension at the top.
Monday DE Bench plus blue band! 135x7x3 125x3x3 The tension was insane so the weights were very light, my speed was good. Burnout plus blue band 125x18 Band extensions Green band x 4x15 supersetted with Band Pulldowns Green band x4x15 Hammer curls 45sx 3x10 Good workout, love the environment there, I am not sure how the rest of my week will go with workouts. Friday I am working out with the crew again, other than that I am not sure what I will do. Good workout!

Wednesday I went to the gym with my buddy and my plan was to max out squat and deadlift. Went too heavy on the squat but my deadlift was awesome. Just to test it out and see if sheiko has been working.
Max effort Squat and deadlift Box squat 135x8, 225x3, 275x2, 315x1, 365x1, 405x2, 445x miss, 445xmiss I probably should have dropped some weight but it was so close to going up, and after trying it twice I was done with squatting. Deadlift 225x3, 275x2, 315x1, 365x1, 405x1, 465x1, 500x1 (PR) This was a huge PR for me, I have been trying to break 500 for months my previous PR was 485 so 2 weeks of sheiko put 15 pounds on my deadlift, That is pretty damn good. It was an awesome lift and the 500 went up pretty good probably could have done a little more.
