Still no pics but here is todays workout. Today was a DE bench day but I decided to go with a repetition day to try to shock some growth into my chest. I am planning on doing two weeks of Speed Benches and then one day of repetition bench. These workouts really wear out my chest and tris but I thoroughly enjoy them. So here it is!
Cambered Bar Bench 185x8, 225x8,7,7, 185x11 I did not go any deeper than parallel but I feel like using this bar really hits my chest good and gets a good stretch. Incline Dumbell Press Palms facing in 70sx8, 80x5,4, 70x6 Cable fly 2x12 60 pounds each side Lying Dumbell Tri extension 35x5, 30x7,25x9,9 Triceps were fried from the rep work but I went with lighter weight and perfect form Dumbell Row 110x12,12,11,9 these felt awesome Elbows out Tri Extension 40x10,8,7 Pullups 3xfailure wide grip 8,7,5 Back and forearms were very tired at this point in my work out but I still pushed out a few good reps. Overall a really good workout, felt strong and I am going to have some serious soreness tomorrow!! |

I speak only the truth about your site I really enjoy coming here and logging my workout everyone here is super nice and great motivators.
ME Squat workout was pushed to saturday because I had to work Good Mornings 95x5,115x3,135 x3, 155x3,185x1,205x1,215x1,220x1,185x3 Front Squat ATG really need to work on these balance felt terrible and just trying to get the feeling back 3x8x95 Dimmel Deadlift 135x15,20,20 Step Ups 6 each side x50,60,70,80 pound dumbells Calf raises a bunch of high rep sets Single leg bodyweight box squats, more of a balance exercise |

I used to do step ups until I was blue in the face, but I never performed them with dumbbells. You have given me a "must try" idea. Thanks!

I love doing step ups they really hit the quads and the butt nicely and when you add a little weight they get really difficult really quickly 80 pound dumbells in each hand were a killer and just holding the weight also tears up your forearms!! Great exercise

You have me psyched for my next leg day. At the end of my workout, I am going to superset step-ups and higher rep squats.
