methyl EFX from nutricor has been pretty good to me. it hasn't stopped working yet. Xplode worked short-term, due to the extreme amounts of caffiene. Superpump worked short-term. Looks like i need to give Jack3d a whirl. a preworkout is about all i take besides multis and fishoils

Thanks bws I will have to also look into that one. I had a great weekend away it was relaxing but I was still very active swimming, running and just messing around.

Here is monday's workout
ME Bench Press
Floor press
185x5,225x3, 245x3, 285x1, 315x1, 330x1 almost, my spotter said that he didnt touch it but I am pretty sure he gave me a tiny bit of help so I am not really counting it

Dumbell bench
85x6, 110x6,6

Tricep extension roll back
40x8,45x7,45x6,50x6

T-bar row
4plates x 6, 5 plates x 6,6

One Arm Tricep Extension
30x8, 40x6,35x6

Pullups 3x6

I am quite stubborn, I wont log anything unless I know I did it, like if I dont go deep enough on a squat I dont count it, and then it pisses me off that I was so close yet it didnt count, so the next week I try that much harder to get it!

I think you're one step beyond me on the squat depth Though when I do narrow stance, it's always ATG, and wide are always box...so there really is no doubt. But if it's close, I count it I'll take all the squat reps I can get.

I don't blame you there, squats are tough! I started doing all my squats on a box now and I love it, so there is no doubt there. I think I am going to try to include some ATG front squats

It has been raining all day here, therefore me and my buddies were unable to do our normal workout craziness, however I went for a pretty good jog in the rain. I need to start running more in preparation for rugby. Afterward I did a pretty good circuit train in my basement just with bodyweight stuff like push ups pullups and so forth. Did some abs and light shoulder work today. An enjoyable workout and it actually got very intense being that I am a little out of shape from all the lifting and lack of running.

But I feel great!!
