due to circumstances beyond my control, I had to miss my squat workout on friday, which was the heavy set rep scheme.
So I threw it up first in my workout today, along with beginning next weeks workouts of DELOADS: Squats: 255x5 285x3 320x4 (PR) Military Press DELOAD: 70x5 85x5 105x5 Lying Leg Curls: 5x8-15 Lateral Raises -superset- w/ Front Raises -superset- w/ Bent-over Raises: 3x10 of each 8 tabs White Flood Pre 1 scoop Purple Wraath Intra 2 scoops Pro Complex post |
