That sounds awesome. Got some foam rolling in the other day and it feels so amazing afterwards.

Forgot to mention that I've been taking Orange Triad too, and have noticed a difference in taking it. Also picked up some Turmeric yesterday so hopefully thatll help as well

Gotta watch that lower back - Mines a pain in the ar$e had a tems machine on it for 2 hours last night loosening it up. Feels heaps better today.

Also been reading through 5/3/1 (thanks for that) sounds good. To make the progress I'm after thinking I'm really gonna have to check the ego and start light.

Always my problem when doing any routine...I want to start where I want to lift, not where I can lift... Not going to happen again. Next bulk I'm starting some lifts at 40% of what I've done before, just to perfect my form and control of the weight...

Please forgive if you have mentioned this..But how long has your lower back been hurting. Where is it hurting. In the middle or more on one side or the other. Down the leg to the knee.

I just tweaked my lower back on tuesday...not really a big deal, I'm already walking normally again.

Previously I had tweaked my shoulder/trap area doing weighted dips, thats why I have laid off of them for a while, but everything feels good to go.
