Jewlz is off to a bad start
Default Workout 2-27-2010

So today I decided to work on cardio a bit and did 45 min on the treadmill at a 5 incline at 3.2 mph. I hadn't done it in a long, long time, so I decided to start small. Got my heart rate at about 150. I hope to get my stamina up in these next few weeks.

I really want to get my flexibility back to what it was when I was in gymnastics, I did about 20 minutes of stretching my legs, especially my hamstrings, which are especially tight. It felt good but I was tired afterward. Excited to get a good playlist going on my ipod and get psyched for the next workout!

Great cardio session. Keep stretching those hammies...they only get worse with age.

Nice workout I need to do more stretching. I used to be super flexible from Martial Arts. Still have a little but lost most of it.
