Disposing of my carb-up day today. 20 min HIIT followed by 20 min Low Intensity treadmill then 10 min of non-stop abs. I'll be weighing up tomorrow.

Thanks man! Weight is coming off slowly, but so far getting the results I expect. Even though this is a cutting competition, I want to be careful with how much cardio I introduce because I don't won't to lose a boat load of muscle. I'll bump it up towards the end of the competition and hopefully get to some of the gut fat.

I would rather go slow and hold muscle. Looks like you're doing a great job of that.
