Thanks everybody, glad you guys are liking my videos. It's cool that they may be useful to other people. Hopefully I can incourage other tall guys to start strength training, it's still possible to be strong even with really long arms and legs.

Yeah, I don't find it very beneficial to get fired up and mad before a big lift. Some of my training buddies do and that's cool, it just makes me loose focus. I guess that's just my personality ( before a big lift, I pretty much get pretty calm, visualize myself getting the lift, take a big breath and then go for it. )

i wish i was like this. instead i get all pumped up and then proceed to bench a wopping 200 lbs, lol.

also i've seen your vids on bb.com such as you showing things in your hands (jealous, would help my deads) and you showing your midsection.

i like all these vids, it keeps it interesting to watch peoples progress, keep em coming.

Yeah, the videos comparing things in my hands brings a lot of traffic to my page, lol. They're mostly about my powerlifting and strongman training ( in the summer ), but I had to do the belly video because people were calling me fat. Probably shouldn't have posted that one, I am fat, lol ( but I've built a ton of muscle too. I have to post some pre powerlifting videos/pictures, lol ).

Speed squats. I did 245 + 170-ish in bands. The monolift is really nice, I can squat with everybody else now.
