No training tonight because of the show this weekend, but I make these silly hand size videos because it brings people to my youtube page, so I'm posting the one I made today....

I basically eat anything/everything I feel like until I can't eat anymore, wait a couple hours and repeat. I by no means log everything that I eat and calculate calories, but I have estimated it a couple times and it came out to be about 9000 calories a day. That seems about right, I bet my estimation is pretty close.

I'm trying to be, but not there yet. I can do just over 200 with the rolling thunder. But that was maybe 2 months ago, Im pretty sure my grip is stronger now with all the strongman events I've been training.

THat is a good diet, same one I am on. Pretty effective.

I injured my bicep in the medley at the meet. I was able to do a couple stones after the injury without much pain, but now the bruise is starting to show. I think it looks worse than it is, I have full range of motion with no real pain, just some stiffness. Time will tell I guess. Here's a pic, video of the meet will come soon.
