Damn straight! NOW, I AM A POWERLIFTER! I love it.
LOL, Thanks. Yesterday I spent the day skiing, enjoying the concert, and meeting new people up at The Canyons. I must say I like the reaction people have to me with my bald head. Very cool.

it may not be my place to give advice (seeing how you deadlift 3x my bodyweight hahahah) but on the max effort dead it looks like you bent your left arm a bit instead of keeping it straight. Crazy weight though man you're doing awesome. Love the haircut video

Yeah, my elbow was injured several years ago and doesn't straighten out all the way anymore. There's no pain, just lose of range of motion. I know that it can look like i'm trying to curl the bar, but I'm not, that's just as straight as the one elbow goes.

My buddy skied with my goggle camera again today and got quite a bit of video of me skiing some groomed runs up at Snowbird today, March 28, 2010. Now it's just resting up for the meet this saturday.

Skiing keeps me sane, well so does powerlifting but in a different way. For me, nothing releases stress like skiing does. It's why I choose to live in Utah.

My meet is in two days and I haven't trained since last saturday but I thought I'd still make a post here. I drove down to southern Utah for a few days to force myself to not ski before the meet. Of course my ski hill is supposed to get 3 feet of snow by tomorrow morning and all my buddies are going to be up there ripping it up without me. Oh well. I did some strongman training today while hiking around southern Utah, here's a pic...
![]() Oh well, enough babbling. Wish me luck at the meet. I'm sure I'll post videos here soon after.
