Battle of Mental Fortitude: Victor? Me Gym Partner: Yes Forward: Eighth day in a row at the gym. Got into the home made wine last night, but not much. ****ty sleep. Gym partner and I both battling mentally. We pushed each other. Upped the ante (no homo). And this was the result. Due the just ridic'ness of this workout, and potential questions my sanity, I'm putting up the exercises we did without numbers. Except for one PR Reps were kept from 5 -6. Sets were three of each Standing BTN Presses Super setted with: Band assisted pull ups Note: New PR on the Standing BTN Presses: 125 lbs x 6 RDL Super setted with: Bosu Ball Work Super setted with: BB Rows Upright Rows Super setted with: Med Ball Work Super setted with: Neutral Grip Pull Downs GHR with Towel Super setted with: Front Plate Raises Super setted with: Plate Throws (Low to High) Super setted with: Farmer's 15 minutes of cardio Time: 70 minutes. Warm-up was sorta long Pumps and Vascularity : Hell yeah Energy and Focus: Maybe one of the most demanding battles I've had mentally Post Working Ramblings of a Manlet: - Yeah. . . - How GHR with towels were done is you have your knees on a thera-ball. And you're in the start of a push-up position. A partner wraps a towel around your ankles, so they're able to pull down on the towel as you flex your knee (bringing your heel to your ass) and they pull down on the towel. And as soon as you start the eccentric phase they're pulling down on the towel as hard as they can, and you're trying to fight it. Hurts like a bitch. But awesome. Heh. Just thinking of this now, this is more laying leg curls. meh |

I like seeing hell yeah in a workout. I give you credit for hitting the gym that many days in a row. 3 is about my limit.

Deads. . .and chest WTF?! Gym Partner: Yes Forward: Bizarre workout. Partner and I just did what we wanted. Was good. Also dropped down the dead weight a bit to get more reps. This worked out really well, I found Deads 140 kg (308 lbs) x 6 145 kg (319 lbs) x 6 150 kg (330 lbs)6 Note: Maybe a new PR, but I want to claim it is any how. It'll be a PR based on set though Flat BP 135 lbs x 6 155 lbs x 6 175 lbs x 6 155 lbs x ?? Note: Super Setted With: Core Circuit
Incline DB 65 lbs x 6 75 lbs x 6 85 lbs x 2 - ![]() 80 lbs x 7 Note: 85 lbs x 2 is techincally a new PR, but I'm not happy with it. But 80 lbs x 7 is a new one ![]() Pull Overs super setted with: DB Flys 3 sets Time: 70 minutes Pumps and Vascularity : Chest is super pumped. fap fap fap Energy and Focus: Def great Post Working Ramblings of a Manlet: - Somewhat of a bizarre workout due to exercises. But happy with it all - Dave's are done as following: Get yourself a bosu and a theraball. Turn over the bosu so the black side is facing up. Now position yourself so the theraball is at your shins, or a bit below and your grasping onto the bosu. It should basically look like you're in a push-up position with your feet elevated up. Now come down as if you're doing a push-up (so start going down) and bring your knees to your chest (bringing the theraball closer to you). And then to finish explode with the legs out, and out of the 'push-up'.
