Glad to see that your going to bulk. YOU DON"T HAVE GYNO!! Your doing very well overall. Your numbers are good, and your getting better. Your only 16yrs old. Thats not old, and your body is a furnace when it comes to burning calories. Just keep hitting the iron with total dedication. Your body will start to grow muscles if you feed it. Keep it simple, lift hard, eat, sleep, repeat. You will grow. When I was your age I made great gains doing two things. Squat, and bench. Later we added deads, and cleans. You don't need fancy, just hard work. Now, let me see you give me a run for the money. Gl. |

Thanks gl.
Hopefully I can dedicate to allowing myself all that food, the same way I can be dedicated to lifting. This should help a lot with strength also. Less than year ago I was a fat 173 lbs... Hopefully after this I'll be around 175-180 at around 14% or less.

Great choice on the bulk k, remember your gaining muscle to not only help with burning fat but also to allow you to eat more food without putting fat on! You did really great dropping from that 170, but at the physical point your at now you will need to add muscle to continuing leaning out to ware you want to be. (sweet quads)

looking good Kman... lift hard eat and you will grow... i wish i had your dedication when i was 16...... if i had started at 16 instead of 34 (4.5 years ago) i would be a freaking beast.... now i have been physically fit and working out for th elast 20 years just not really wieght lifting.. i have faith that you will kick ass in this competition, you have a gr8 starting point!!! give it hell MAN
