Height- 6 ft 2 in Weight- 170 lbs Chest- 38 in. Quads- 21 in. Arms- 12 in. Attached a few starting pics: my item was a large spoon! Will be using this 4 day split: Muscle and Brawn Split Program First workout: Wednesday February 10 Goal is to gain weight and strength, first goal is to hit 175 lbs.

i feel like this competition is the exact motivation i need. If I force myself to post my weight up every week, i'll have no choice but the keep eating and put on more weight 175 here I come!
