First workout on the new routine and i'm lovin it. Tris were FRIED after this my arms are actually shaking as i type this haha. anyway here it is...
Bench Press 45x10 65x8 95x5 115x 8/8/6/6 Incline Bench Press 65x5 85x 8/6/8 Close grip Bench Press 45x 10/10/10 tris were dead after incline press so cgbp was real light schools already called off for tomorrow so going out tonight! great day. Off to feast on my hamburgers now

thats the best, give it all in the workout then come home and eat two cheeseburgers and a protein shake, yum. btw new protein jug came today, gonna try the homemade weight gainer you showed me!
