Warmup-1 mile stationary bike Leg Extensions 100x10-L 100x10-R 100x10-LR Squats 95x5 115x5 135x5 155x5 185x10 205x10 225x10 205x8 185x6 Hack Squats 2Platesx10 _____x10 _____x8 _____x8 _____x6 Straight-Leg Deadlifts ___x10 ___x10 ___x10 Standing Leg Curls ___x10 ___x10 ___x10 All that is in red I did not do today. I am recovering from an ear infection and became nauseous and dizzy after the squats and such. This was combined with nausea from overheating as well. |

Yeah. I was running this split this past fall and loved it. It's intense and I've had enough time off that my body isn't used to it anymore.
