Thanks man. I go in the gym having the plan to stick to the game plan but when it comes to it, I get a crazy pump and just go balls to the wall!

Flat BB Press 135x15 185x12 225x10 245x6 255x5 Incline Hammer Strength Press 90x15 140x12 180x10 230x7 180x16 Nautlis Military (inside grip) 90x15 110x12 140x10 160x10 180x7 Side Lateral 25x15 30x10 30x10 30x10 Floor Skull Crushers 45x15 65x12 75x10 85x7 Rope Pushdowns 30x15 42.5x10 42.5x10 50x9 20 min cardio * And still had plenty of energy left in me Weight is 157 tonight. I will begin the bulk on Saturday! Starting it off with a trip to IHOP. AUCE pancakes, maybe? I am being VERY strict on ALL my forms and working the concentric as much as I can and exploding on the eccentric movements. Postworkout: 40 gm oats and EST Macro-Delight Caramel Swirl (new protien being launched at the Arnold)

I have never done that much volume on my squats. But I want to start forcing as much blood into the muscles as I can so I work on stretching the fascia. Postworkout: 2 scoops EST Macro-Delight Caramel Delight!!! and 40gm oats
