Barbell Curls: 135x10,10,10. Seated Preacher Curl 85x10,10,9 SUPERSET W/ EZ Bar Curl 65x10,10,10 Alt. Dumbbell Curl 60,50,40x5 drop set, 50,40,35x5 dropset. HS Seated BTN Press 190x10, 280x8,8,6. Dumbbell Lateral Raises: 45x10,10,10 SUPERSET W/ Dumbbell Front Raise: 35x10,10,6. Rear Delt Fly: 145x10,10,10. Overhead Medicine Ball Toss: 3x10 each arm* *Throwing 3lb medicine ball against the wall about 10' high, catch and throw again, non stop, 10 tosses each arm, 3 sets each arm total. 45' Hyper Extension: bodyweightx10,10,10. Slow and controlled.** **Trying to strengthen the lower spine, slowly but surely... Pinched/tweaked my left trap today, likely from the dead lifting and rack pulls yesterday, so no bar shrugs or any trap isolation work today, I'll get back at that next week.
