Default Today's Workout.

Posting today's workout. Squats failed on account of my left hamstring, didn't even bother trying past 135lb as a warm up.

Stomach was riddled and rockin' too, couldn't stop going to the bathroom, so that made for a "sh*tty" workout lol.

Anyways, posted below.

Default Today's Workout.

As posted, today's workout. I began with the biceps, then Triceps, and added the Shoulders last minute so I hit them one last time before waiting again until Tuesday.

Didn't train core today, on account of my back still aching from whatever I did to it yesterday.

Got it done, workout attached.
