Seated Bicep Curl: 170x10, 185x10, 200x10, 170x10.
Hanging Dumbbell Curl: 40x10,10,10. Uni-Cable Curl: 32.5x10,10,10. Rope Tricep Pressdown: 77.5x15,15,15,12. Seated Tricep Extension: 75x10,10,10,10. Uni-Tricep Pressdown: 27.5x10,10,10,10. Cable Crunches: 100x35,25,20,20. Torso Rotation: 130x10,10,10,10. Low Back Extension: 150x10,10,10,10. Cardio: Bike: 8min @ 126HR Elliptical: 32min @ 136HR. Solid session! The Jack3d is wrecking my stomach though, poop is out of control smelling and my pee smells super bad as well... weighed in today at 313lb, down from 322lb a few weeks ago. Goal Summer weight is a very lean 280-285lb... the process began about 10 days ago... goal is to drop 2lb a week by June... |

Lol yea back from the dead......hopefully.
New job has taken it's toll. Gone from working out 5 days a week to 3 if I'm lucky. Try to workout at home as much as possible but it ain't the same. Also real anal on the hours. Hopefully I'll be able to keep an eye on these boards a bit more now, tired to get back into a month or so ago but got reamed with work.
