BB12 - Time to add some MASS
Been out of the game for about.... 9 months! Damn...! Hit the gym maybe once or twice a week for the past 2 months. It's time to get back on track.
Currently only using: (Preworkout drink, Protein, BA, BCAA, Piractem, Choline, Fish Oil, Anabolic Pump, LivCare, MFV) Let the fun begin...... _________________________________________ Male 5'10" 170 Goal: Pack on about 10-15lbs of lean mass and really just do it right this time (not the 10lbs of fat to go with that. Nice Deadlift man! Very strong compared to your other lifts, blows them out of the water..Good luck getting back on track, results will show.
